Groove and Dance is a passionate dance team based in Niagara Falls, Ontario.They are known for their energetic and captivating performances, which are a testament to their love for dance. Despite being working women, the team members make time to pursue their passion for dance. They won the title for group dance at a competition held by the Malayalee Truckers Association in Hamilton. Groove and Dance's dedication and passion for dance have also earned them recognition as semifinalists on the television program "Flowers Lets Dance America."
